We had a blast and it was really good for our team.? We were discussing how we thought the low elements were really good for the team b/c in Cross Country you don’t have to work together to figure out plays like in bball or fb, so it was cool to challenge them to work together like that.

Us coaches were also discussing how well you and your staff related what we did to sports and goals.? because you, yourself, is a former college athlete, you were able to communicate well with things they understand and what can help them, and it didn’t sound fake or cheesy :-)? We appreciated that a lot.

Thanks a ton for working with us, and making us a combo package with Low and high…it was just perfect.? We really want to make this an annual thing.
